A warm welcome

Hello,

welcome to this brandnew weblog. On this page I will discuss various methods of losing weight in order to assemble a complete list for everyone who is interested in losing a few pounds.
This will not be an exhaustive list as I will exclude most fake methods or too expensive or unhealthy ways to lose weight.

There is one issue about our body that I would like to adress first. Most people think of our body as a machine. A machine were you can put in almost anything you want with a lot of possible outcomes. If you eat soap (input) you will receive dizzyness, vomiting and probably a lot of diarrhea (output) or even worse.
Most people think the same goes for regular food or diet pills. If you eat a lot of fries and hamburgers (input) you will receive a lot of pounds added to your waist-line (output), if you eat an apple, you will get a small energy boost and nice red cheeks (output).

This is not necessarily a wrong image about the human body, but it is not complete either. What is easily forgotten is the mechanism between the input and the output. What we need to do is find a way to boost up the mechanism so we get an equal amount of input (for example a nice big breakfast with eggs, orange juice, brown bread and some chocolate) but not the same output (added weight, little rolls of fat just above your pants, fatty legs or upperarms).

We need to burn the input in a constructive way, in a way we get energy as output and not an extra pound per meal.

This is just an issue I wanted to clear up. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I will start explaining to you how to change this output without changing the input: who wouldn't want to eat a nice breakfast without having to worry about it nesting a few inches lower?

Watch for posts in the following days to get started changing your life and habits.

One product I can recommend you is a relatively new but powerful way of losing weight: it is called Xtreme Fat Burn, which is quite a silly name and it does sound like some rip-off scam from an indian pc-nerd. But it isn't. This product uses the same philosophy I just explained to you and it changed my look at losing weight in an affordable and not too hard way.

I think it is bogus that you leave your blog on another actual hardworking woman weight loss blogger to point people to your products...your blog reads like an advertisement lyn's blog reads like a life...you're not preying on people who need to lose weight are you?
