Keep your diet on the right track

Do you know the depressing feeling you get when you have dieted for months and haven't had one french fry and then suddenly one week you lose control due to various circumstances. There are those extra pounds again, settling around your waist.
For many men and women, this is the point where they break. Suddenly it all seems futile, you will never lose weight, you will never look like that new girl/boy who moved in the neighbourhood and who goes running every day.

However, if you suddenly gain those pounds, it should not be a reason to stop it all. In fact, it should help you get back on track again. You've lost control for a few days and I bet it felt great not having to think about the sugar or carbohydrates or the fat that you were eating.
You should get your motivation out of this instead of letting it all go. Look at it as a fresh start, you've lost quite some pounds, you did it before. Who cares if they're back? You should be able to get them off once again in no time. It certainly should not be a problem with this product.

This could also be the effect of the movitational issues I talked about before. If your goals are unreachable, it's harder to keep following your way too strict diet.
You should set goals that can be reached without having to drastically change your life. Change is always good, but completely turning your life around just from one week to the other, is not always a good idea.

Remember to keep focused but you should also relax. Dieting is not what you should do with your life, it is what you should do in order to live your life in a way you like.

See you next time, for some more hints and tips on how to lose those pounds!

Motivational Issues

Most people who are trying to lose weight have an ideal weight in their minds, a goal that they would like to reach within a certain timeframe. There is nothing wrong with goals, in fact they are one of the keys to succesfully losing weight as the progress is measurable and you're not just going down an alley with no end.

It is very important though to set goals that are realistic. This is important for a variety of reasons, the first one being your health. If you keep on losing weight, it is just not healthy anymore. You will begin to look pale and your energy levels will drop, you'll be tired after half a day's work and generally, you won't be happy. This is not what we want ofcourse.

Setting a realistic goal can be much more rewarding, both mentally and physically. You will feel succesfull, like a winner. You won't be a nervous wreck who is focussed on losing those last 2 pounds before even enjoying life a little bit. Learn to set realistic goals and you'll enjoy losing weight, your motivation will be a lot bigger than when you keep on missing set dates and weights.

This is just a small motivational article, I have written it from my own experience with losing those extra pounds I wanted to lose. At first I wasn't setting my goals very good, I wanted to weigh as much as I did when I was 16, which is a killer goal as you can imagine. I did come across a program that helped me a lot, or, well I think it did. It's either that or the adjustment of my goals.

To be honest, I did not realise I had to change my mind about those ideal weights until I tried a product my friend recommended, we had both been looking for our ideal figure for years and we kind of did it together to keep motivated. It is called xtreme fatburn and I ordered it from this website It is just an idea and I'm not normally into these things, but it worked for me.

I hope this helped some people with their motivation.

A warm welcome

Hello,

welcome to this brandnew weblog. On this page I will discuss various methods of losing weight in order to assemble a complete list for everyone who is interested in losing a few pounds.
This will not be an exhaustive list as I will exclude most fake methods or too expensive or unhealthy ways to lose weight.

There is one issue about our body that I would like to adress first. Most people think of our body as a machine. A machine were you can put in almost anything you want with a lot of possible outcomes. If you eat soap (input) you will receive dizzyness, vomiting and probably a lot of diarrhea (output) or even worse.
Most people think the same goes for regular food or diet pills. If you eat a lot of fries and hamburgers (input) you will receive a lot of pounds added to your waist-line (output), if you eat an apple, you will get a small energy boost and nice red cheeks (output).

This is not necessarily a wrong image about the human body, but it is not complete either. What is easily forgotten is the mechanism between the input and the output. What we need to do is find a way to boost up the mechanism so we get an equal amount of input (for example a nice big breakfast with eggs, orange juice, brown bread and some chocolate) but not the same output (added weight, little rolls of fat just above your pants, fatty legs or upperarms).

We need to burn the input in a constructive way, in a way we get energy as output and not an extra pound per meal.

This is just an issue I wanted to clear up. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I will start explaining to you how to change this output without changing the input: who wouldn't want to eat a nice breakfast without having to worry about it nesting a few inches lower?

Watch for posts in the following days to get started changing your life and habits.

One product I can recommend you is a relatively new but powerful way of losing weight: it is called Xtreme Fat Burn, which is quite a silly name and it does sound like some rip-off scam from an indian pc-nerd. But it isn't. This product uses the same philosophy I just explained to you and it changed my look at losing weight in an affordable and not too hard way.
